Other people probably say Im shy in the beginning. I like to wander around, meet people, go to beaches, forests and cafes. Also like to bike anywhere. Can´t stop contemplating life.

Less is more. I like to enjoy little things a lot instead of lots of things a little.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Had couchsurfers in my studenthouse and stayed with a host in San Francisco and Banff (Canada). When staying with other people I dont expect a lot of them, already the couch is a big favor.
Interests
I teach a very interesting tension and trauma releasing method called TRE, practice astanga yoga and like to go to silent retreats. Spirituality and psychology are fascinating to me.
