About Me

(I can't accept guests as I am travelling in Asia at the moment.)

I was born in France, grew up in Portugal and I am currently working and living in England. On a daily basis, I work with young adults with Epilepsy, Autism, challenging behaviour and learning disabilities which I love.

I love travelling and exploring, human interaction and all forms of communication. I like to travel by local transportation, learn about people and their culture and make new friends. I like volunteering, wild camping and hiking. I am a relaxed and easy-going person who enjoys to observe what surrounds me and have a nice conversation! I always try to make the simple things in life the most extraordinary.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hope to learn more about the world through the people I meet and experience/share local life as locals do. I believe there is no better way to discover a place then by living as a local. I am looking for more experiences and adventures than sightseeing checklists.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm very eclectic and curious when it comes to music. Rock, Indie and World Music are my favourite genres. Among my favourite artists are Neil Young, The War on Drugs, Bombino, Tinariwen, Foo Fighters and Radiohead. Festivals and Live Concerts are my thing too!

I tend to read several books at the same time and my favourite film is Italian: Cinema Paradiso.
