ABOUT ME

I'm not going to start this by saying that I'm easy going or anything like that...cuz everyone says that. Personally, I don't know if I am easy going..sometimes I am sometimes I'm not, it depends on how bad I want to get my way. If I have my mind set on something well I'm not so easy going..I'm very stubborn & one tracked minded about it. There I've said it. I'm not easy going all the time.
I have lived in or been to most states in the US. I've been to Derry in UK & part of west Ireland & Dublin, still itching to get back to Ireland to finish what I didn't get to. My dream is to go to England, finish Ireland and Scotland. I have a dog & cat that I love dearly. I don't have a couch to offer but am willing to show someone around. Lets see what else....Oh I do want to see the northeastern part of the US, dying to get up to Maine for some lobster soon. I can't think of anything else right now.

PHILOSOPHY

From my favorite movie Auntie Mame "Life is a banquet and most poor suckers are starving to death!"

Love is fickle, happiness is short, pain is inevitable & death is certain....with that said enjoy every second...because life is only a moment in the span of eternity.

Life should NOT be journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming:

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met some great people in Derry for Halloween & picked up some crazy hitchhikers in Ireland...all couchsurfers. All around great experience in meeting the people of CS so far.

兴趣

I love history and food, reading, games, movies and learning about people as a culture. I also love outdoors fishing, camping: although it's been years since I've done any of that. Lets just say that I will try everything once...twice to be sure. I'm a firm believer that cemetaries a living museums of the cities/towns they are in, take a walk in one & you'll see what I mean.

love them all! Love all kinds of movies as long as they are not to artsy fartsy...if it can entertain my ADD brain for 2 hours it's all good. I'm simple like that. Love books lots of books so that could take years to write it all down. Music love pretty much all kinds of music...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

went camping and canoeing for 2 weeks through the Swanson River/Swan Lake system in Alaska, it was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. I also went to Tahiti and met some interesting people. Have been bungee jumping (naked) haha not really but have been bungee jumping...& lots of other stuff that I can't think of right now
