Most alternative pieces, some classical music/literature, and some (most) folk music (e.g. Irish or Chinese). Apart from that, jazz, rock, metal music; fantasy, sci-fi and thriller films and books.
My current book favourites include anything from Pratchett and the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.
I rarely watch movies more than once.
