I wish to be the Ambassador for my Hometown and Province in Southern Philippines and show people from all over its beauty and wonders.

ABOUT ME

I just celebrated my 49th birthday along with family and close personal friends, a third of whom are bloggers. Blogging keeps me busy and has ingrained in me the need not only to travel and discover a lot of things but also to share what's good and beautiful about my locality in return. I am also the Google Business Group - Gensan Manager.

Am very willing to host Couch Surfers from other areas for them to see and find out what I mean.

PHILOSOPHY

A rolling stone gathers no moss. I still have a lot to discover in Asia and live to write about it, share all over the Internet. Will want to go out more and make a lot of friends.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I noticed that only not more than 10 people from my region are members of the CS community. With my influence in my circle of bloggers, I want to let them discover how joining CS could help us in our advocacy to spread the good news about our region. On the side, it will give us more chances to travel and meet other like-minded people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted an English guy, an Australian and some Filipinos already and it was fun showing them around. Haven't couched in other areas though. Would love too someday.

Watching movies, especially those on 3D. Organizing local tours for visiting bloggers and friends. Teaching people the wonders of Google products. Beach combing. And of course, blogging.

Hosted 20 travel bloggers in a two-day Summer Safari and a total of 30 more in 3 other 3-day SEX Tours (Soccsksargen EXperience) since 2011 with a few blogger friends.

Swam with fishes and fed them in Boracay. Climbed up Borubudor Temple in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Visited Taj Mahal in Agra, India. Spent a weekend in Puerto Azul & enjoyed their comedy bars. Attended a conference in Googleplex HQ in Mountain View, California. Heard a mass by the Pope in soaking rain at Luneta. Shopped for tea at New Delhi. Did a selfie at the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. Celebrated my birthday in Iloilo. Cruised on board Superstar Virgo and visited Penang and Phuket. Ate the famous In & Out Burger in LA. Climbed up The Lion Rock, Sigiriya, Sri Lanka. Rode a barge to Dumaguete from Dapitan. All in a span of 3 years.
