About Me

Hi! I'm Baris, currently living in Bonneville, France, since May 2022. I’m passionate about exploring new cultures, new foods, cooking, drinking, meeting people, and engaging in meaningful social projects and activities. My life has been filled with diverse experiences that shaped who I am today.

I have a wide range of hobbies and skills. I enjoy cycling, tennis, archery (I even have an international call sign for professional radio communication), horse riding, mountaineering, hiking (I’ve led hiking clubs), amateur golf, and rock climbing. I’ve also been a DJ on internet radio and have basic search and rescue training. Basketball refereeing has been a big part of my life—I officiated many professional games.

Education is important to me, and I’ve been a student at two universities, studying fields I’m passionate about, including advertising. My goal now is to learn French so I can further my studies in France.

I’m also dedicated to social causes. I once founded a search and rescue association, which gave me a large network of friends and meaningful connections. Since moving to Bonneville, I’ve been slowly rebuilding my social circle and engaging in new projects and events.

If we meet, I’d love to share stories about my adventures and hobbies, and I’m always open to discovering new experiences and making great memories together!

Music, Movies, and Books

Depends on my mood. I listen to Turkish music, music from Northern countries, Latin music, Spanish, in short, all music that sounds good. I just don't listen to a lot of metallica and hiphop :) I like to read personal development, world classics and novels.
