About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Get smarter, stronger, more flexible, and more articulate while laughing along the way, with plenty of rest in between
ABOUT ME
A bit over 10 years living in Hawaii in various unique living situations, from tree houses to organic coffee farms, to hand built cabins while raising a few chickens and trying my hand at tropical farming while on the Big Island which was awesome! I have returned to civilization with all the standard comforts(including either a spare bedroom or a comfy couch) these last 3 years living in urban Hawaii near Honolulu enjoying what the city has to offer, mainly more opportunity to get together with friends and getting involved with the Brazilian martial art Capoeira.
I am very mellow naturally, and enjoy traveling and meeting new people and seeing how others live and their philosophies if they like to share them over a glass of wine/beer or a good cup a coffee.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is good. That is, if you believe it.

Music, Movies, and Books
I go through musical phases from local style Hawaiian reggae to old school country, early 80's hip hop, dirty dancing soundtrack for Karaoke purposes. Rap with ridiculous or insane lyrics, Flight of the concords for comic relief, Pink Martini, Argentine Tango, Capoeira music, classic rock or pop you can sing or play along to. House/electronic to dance to. The list goes on and on. I love music.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Lots and lots of things come to mind but right now I'm thinking of the time I stayed on a small island in Fiji with a family as their first "tourist" guest eating cassava, taro, greens and coconut from their land and fish from the sea. Very rootsy and unlike anything my suburban upbringing was used to seeing.
