Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The same reason most of us are here. To save money on accommodation both giving and receiving. Time = money. The more you don't give to the hotel chains the more you can spend on travel. Then there's the added benefit of meeting locals who are the best tour guides. No one is better qualified to show you around than a person who lives there and loves their town.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walked the Kokoda track in Papua New Guinea. Not only a personal physical goal but to experience the hardship and efforts of the soldiers that fought to preserve our freedom.
