Take a guitar, put the first finger of your left hand on the second thickest string just behind the second fret. Now take your second finger and put it on the third string just behind the second fret. Strum the top 3 strings up and down as fast as you can whilst muting them with your palm. Shout ooh yeah and mother fucker every so often. You are now James hetfield.
