About Me

I love to travel, love my friends and family, my country and coffee! You can find me most of the time at home in Duiven or Eindhoven, but I feel at home everywhere in the world. I'm a civil engineer and I like buildings very much. It's my dream to become an architect and to travel the world! But for now there's not much travelling because I'm studying Architecture at the Technical University of Eindhoven.

Hospitality is very important for me. I want people to be comfortable and enjoy their time. I like to meet new people, learn about their lifes and I like making new friends all over the world. Sometimes acting silly is the best I can do! But a serious conversation about any subject is possible as well.

I would like to show you around in the Netherlands and hopefully we can meet in your place onetime.

TRAVELS: On my big travels I went twice to Asia and I did a Trip around Eastern Europe. Those travels were wonderful and I experienced so many nice things. Looking forward to my travel to the baltics states this summer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

FIRST raison: because of the fact that I like to show people around in the Netherlands, because I think this country is beautiful! Almost everybody is only going to Amsterdam, but there are so many other nice places, which are maybe even better than Amsterdam. So let's check it out!

SECOND raison: Staying with local people during my travels was the best experience I had so far. If you want to see a country, you should stay with locals and hang around with them.

Interests

My passion is Architecture. If you are lucky I can stop talking about for more than 30 min! :p Just kidding, but I do like it a lot! I like to learn about it, I like to draw it, looking at it and most of all talking about it!

My second passion is Judo. I was training two times a week and did some coaching and teaching. But unfortunately I had to stop because of my education. Although I have my Black Belt, I want to go further and get my 2e Dan. I hope this dream will be present some day.

Traveling is probably my most expansive hobby. But the nicest one. I love seeing the world we are living in. In my opinion, the newspapers are creating a wrong image of this beautiful world, so I want to see it with my own eyes and I want to create my own opinion about this wonderful place.
