PHILOSOPHY

People who know me, tell me: "you are so relaxed and arrive most of the time too late", and however i am working on the last one, i have to admit they are right..

.. but the only thing i rember from my latin classes are two expressions which come out of a text we translate in the first class:
"festinate lente" and "carpe diem"

[which -according to my Dutch-English dictionnary- means something like "more haste, less speed" and "be happy"]

Musik, Filme und Bücher

"The curse of Signaporse Sling" is for me really a waauw CD! (If you don't know it, you are invited to come over here and borrow it while you are on the road). The reason why i love it that not only because my lovely flatmate in iceland drove us all completely crazy by forcing us to listen all the time to it, but it is just a crazy CD, perfect to listen while you are on your own on the road (preferably, enjoying some self chosen, pleasant/relaxing loneliness, in one word great :-)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

One of the most amazying things i experienced was probably, enjoying the Northern lights while sitting in an Icelandic hot water pool, in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by snow
