About Me

CURRENT MISSION:
I like to meet people from all over the world and experience the world myself.
I really enjoy Couchsurfing and receive CS'ers at home.
I only host in the weekend when I'm free, on weekdays I don't have time cause of irregular working hours, so if you need a couch on weekdays please don't ask!

ABOUT ME: I'm interested in meeting people and making new friends from all over the world, exchange experience, culture, believes...
I'm a calm and attentive person who loves walking and discussing ideas...
I'm an openminded and easy-going person, always in for a laugh.

PHILOSOPHY: A day without learning is a day wasted!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING:
I believe the interaction between different cultures can result in a friendly world. CS is a nice way to make friends while we share the same sky...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE:
I've hosted several people via Couchsurfing so far and I've surfed myself in Rome, Czech Republic, Poland, Dubai and Kuala Lumpur which were all great experiences and I hope many will follow in the near future.

Best and only time for me to host guests is in the weekend when I'm free and can spend time with you.

If you need a host near Amsterdam: you're welcome!
Heemskerk is a coastal village about 1 hour outside the city by public transportation (train + bus) or 30 minutes by car.

The Dunes NP and the sea is only 10 minutes away, here you can enjoy nature to it's best!

Interests

I like outdoor activities, extreme sports like paragliding, white water rafting and scuba diving. I also like biking, reading, gardening, theatre, arts, museums, going out with friends and most of all travelling: exploring new sights and meeting locals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ever been to Canaima NP in Venezuela? It's awesome! From there I took a cesna to fly over the Angel Falls and the surrounding table mountains. I've never seen such a beautiful place again!
Also paragliding in the Andes is awesome!
Or scuba diving in Koh PhiPhi and Koh Tao in Thailand!
One summer I spend the night at a raft house in Khao Sok NP, in the middle of the thai rain forest, a beautiful place!
