ABOUT ME

I spend most of my time either playing improvised music, composing music, studying music history, or playing beach volleyball. i'm relaxed and generally interested. I wear sandals in the snow, and hope to someday outwit winter.

I'm currently a Peace Corps volunteer, doing work on medicinal plants and community health in a village in northern Malawi.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

watching my cousins grow up from infancy to 6 and 4 years old, respectively, has been one of the most amazing spectacles i can possibly imagine.

Teach, Learn, Share

if anything, i could teach you jazz history, traditional japanese gagaku music, or the fundamentals of volleyball. or how to speak Chitumbuka. Tell me who you are and what you've done, and i'm sure i'll learn.
