Travel more, have fun and write a book (preferrably at the same time!)

ABOUT ME

I'm a 24 year old student from Utrecht, the Netherlands. Spend probably way too much time travelling (either the normal way or by hitchhiking my way around Europe), but couldn't do without!

What you need to know about me: I love citylife, books, animated movies, hanging out with friends - either in a café or partying - musea, the quitness of nature, and I'm really into Italian food (especially home made pasta, what's not to like!). I can be pretty idealistic, but love sarcasm though.

PHILOSOPHY

I guess I'm a bit too down to earth for having a personal philosophy (or is that a philosophy in itself? Ah, damn semantics). Anyway, I think what approaches a personal philosophy the most is that I try to be broad-minded, which sometimes can be suprisingly hard.

Attended several meetings, been out for coffee a couple of times and surfed a couch once.

Things I like/ interest me:

Books, coffee, musea, partying, art, writing, beer, ancient (Middle Eastern)/other cultures, travelling, international politics, wine, sports (running, fitness, ice skating --> this one on tv, mind you), history, friends, tea, Italian food, going to the beach/park, shopping (I might as well admit it), spending time in the library, animated movies/ going to the cinema, architecture, photography.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books - virtually everything, from classics to regular novels, thrillers and fantasy. Most of the time a drag a book with me, wherever I go. Allways in for a tips btw.

Music - I have been told to have a very bad taste for music (what's wrong with regular pop music?).
On my defence, I also enjoy singer/songwriters and occasionnaly visit classic music concerts (which are truly great, but weirdly enough only visited by 50+ people..)

Movies - Big fan of animation.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spending three months in Libya; hitch-hiking through Europe; Doing an USA roadtrip.
