What I Can Share with Hosts

You can have my ground floor, my hospitality and a touch of cologne.
Ground floor has it´s own bathroom, living room with spare kitchen, balcony and a sleeping room.

Ground floor has(09.2017):
1 bed + bed linen + blanket + such,
1 table, 1 couch, 2 chairs
1 Biergarnitur
Kitchen with cooker and sink, some forks and cups
Bathroom with 1 big towel, 2 small towel and soap
