These past years, I have spend a lot of time cooking and experiencing traditional conserving methods like fermentation, preparing delicious kombucha. Also cook a lot of asian recipes like Japanese ramen or soba, Thai green or red curries, corean bibimbap, Vietnamese pho...I love cooking vegan also like pancakes, banana bread, carrots cakes...I love to prepares pizzas or tacos.
I Love to learn about sciences also , especially darwinism or black matter.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love zen, lounge music to relax, specially from Bouddha Bar. Concerning movies, I love especially Korean movies like memories of a murder or myrian sunshine. I love books of Jared Diamond who wrote the famous book Collapse.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I remember last year when I was In Bora Bora, I climbed the highest roc of the island, very difficult and very hot, without any security, but at the end one of the most amazing views I have ever seen in my like. And also a fantastic visual and acoustic memory when I was swimming with leopard rays in the lagoon of the island.
