COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to couchsurfing with my own profile but have helped host other surfers through friends. I think surfing is a great way to meet new people from all over and share some hospitality and kind words with a new friend.

I enjoy anything to do with nature and the outdoors. I like many kinds of books and movies. Anything creative and entertaining. For books my favorite authors are Alduous Huxley, Edward Abbey, Hunter S. Thompson, Chuck Palahniuk, and Kurt Vonnegut. My favorite movies are Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Planet Earth, machete, Apocalypse Now, and Dazed and Confused

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I was once able to see Mayan people at Tikal, Guatemala celebrate the winter solstice. They had a ceremony where they gave thanks to the four directions and gave offerings around a fire. Surrounded by ancient mayan temples, it felt timeless and surreal.
