I was born in Virginia, USA but grew up in St. Louis. After finishing university in the States, I moved to the Balkans where I worked on the refugee crisis and Italy, where I interned with an international NGO. Now I'm working as a freelance journalist and writer :)

I love learning about things from another person's perspective, which is why I'm on couchsurfing!

My apartment is sometimes available for guests, but even if I can't host when you come I'd love to meet up, spend some time and share a thing or two :)
