I am a 25 year old yoga mom of two; one beautiful princess and one handsome prince! I currently work as a Youth Advocate and am going to college for Human Services to be a children’s social worker.

I love adventure of all kinds and am always looking forward to meeting new people with similar or different backgrounds and interests. I love the outdoors; hiking, camping, playing sports. Music is life: I play uke, love to sing, and am getting better at rap. There is nothing like a jam sesh to bring people together. I love to cook, but I mostly enjoy baking. I’m also pretty fond of gaming!

I am in the process of writing a book and value those little things that make me happy; writing, dancing, painting, drawing, and crafting.

I am on Couchsurfing because for the summer, I am without my babies and am very interested in spending my summer in a new way. A way where I can meet new people to help broaden my perspective and hopefully teach me new things as well as be willing to learn new things from myself! Over the past couple of years, my life has been filled with the unexpected; a lot of downs and very few ups.

I am hoping that this can be the jumpstarts making my life filled with the unexpected in the most positive way so that I can keep moving forward.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Music: The Beatles, The Paper Kites, Bon Iver, The Givers (to name a few). I grew up with parents who had a very broad interest in music so I love pretty much all genres! Folk just happens to be my fave!

Movies: Anything scary or gory! Nothing like a good ol’ horror film!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I have auditioned for ‘The Voice’! It was one of the most exciting and memorable experiences of my life! Not only did I get to go to one my favorite cities in the state to audition (Chicago), but I made it to the second round!

Even though my nerves got the better of me, there is nothing that I would trade about that experience for the world! I’ll never give up on music 🎶

I can teach a lot but want to LEARN more. I am an open book and if there’s anything I love, it is to learn and experience something new.

Sharing my experiences about things I have been through or seen in my lifetime, makes me feel free and open. I enjoy sharing my life stories with others because it can create a huge impact on another’s life and help them see through a different perspective.

Guiding and being a teacher is literally my job! If there is a trait or hobby of mine that someone is willing to learn, I can teach it!

If there is one thing I would love to learn, it’s languages of the world. With both of my children being Russian, it has been a goal of mine to make my home bilingual with a language that is native to who they are. I have never traveled outside of the country but I sure would love to!
