About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to teach CS a lesson. thanks for transforming a gift-based community into a for-profit enterprise! you are shitting in the mouth of everybody who has contributed in the spirit of the free gift. so long, suckers!
ABOUT ME
After having had the same words here for about 6 years I felt it's time for a change.
I mainly consider myself an activist for deep cultural change. I could write a 1.000 words about the nature of transformation I'm interested in, but I guess I better let Charles Eisenstein speak for myself: "Sacred Economics" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EEZkQv25uEs
I think that the concept and methotology of Permaculture are the most important tools on our challenging path towards a happier society not based on explotation and violence: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Lv3R4HrY6w
I love gardening, and I would not like to live without it at the moment. I mainly work as a nature guide, which is cool too. I am a political activist outside of established political parties. I am a harmony-seeking, thoughtful, tolerant and imperfect human being trying not to leave a mess after me.
PHILOSOPHY
"Be the change you want to see" (Gandhi)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Mainly by hosting people in Innsbruck.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Lots of experience, almost all of it between good and amazing.
UPDATE 2015: Taking a break from CS. Quite bored of the hundreds of messages of spoilt consumer kids who want to TRAVEL THE WORLD and SEE AS MANY PLACES AS POSSIBLE... FOR FREEEEE...
Couchsurfing has changed, not only from the top (NGO to for-profit enterprise) but also from the bottom (it feels more and more like playing the idiot for spoilt kids in a free hostel than genuine sharing).
Find me on trustroots if you know what I'm saying:
