I studied in Dublin and then worked in Munich for a bit.

I am a vegetarian, a lifelong learner, a mountain man, a dog lover and a Buddhist.

I often practice meditation in a monastery once a year for a week or two. This allows me to recharge and disconnect from the world for some time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Trekking to the Annapurna Base Camp (4130m) in Nepal in 2022. Wanted to go back to the country and climb the Everest Base Camp in 2025 after the trip to Europe in 2024.

- Visited the Santa Clause village in Lapland, Finland under the freezing weather (-30C) over Christmas 2017.
