About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Discovering connection. Seeing beauty. Learning balance.

ABOUT ME

To really BE the love we want to find is one of life's most worthy challenges. I try, and find myself closer as my life unfolds. So far I am intellectual, spiritual & playful, with roughly equal measures warmth, depth, juice, mellow, sass & goof.

PHILOSOPHY

My favorite practice is gratitude -- for potable water, vision, hearing, this body, not living in war zone or famine, a vibrant community of loving, lovely friends ... SO much more -- but the basics. I find keeping perspective can free me from fixating on what I don't have but want and bring me into a state of awe at the sweet, raw beauty of this life.

Music, Movies, and Books

Yes, please. Zoe Keating is my go-to travel music. "The Trip" is a favorite travel film. "Geography of Bliss" was a fun travel-ish book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walked across England with my father. We also hiked Mont Blanc and rafted the Colorado through the Grand Canyon.
