About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Scratch the travel itch for myself and someone else
ABOUT ME
I am high energy but very easy going at the same time. I have a passion for adventure, a soft spot for spontaneity, and insatiable curiousity. Regardless of what I'm doing, I try to do it with good company -- that's all that really matters anyway.
Maya Angelou nailed it: "You are the sum total of everything you've ever seen, heard, eaten, smelled, been told, forgot - it's all there. Everything influences each of us, and because of that I try to make sure that my experiences are positive"
PHILOSOPHY
I have a lot of those but I believe in living my life in a way that tries to better the life of someone else and I truly believe happiness is based more on our disposition than our circumstances.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Even if my couch isn't available, I will do my best to meet up for a coffee or show you around somewhere in town. I like to be involved, so feel free to utilize me as your mini tour guide or concierge. I try to stay active in my local CS community through weekly meet ups. When I travel, I hope to represent my home well and create a positive experience for other hosts and surfers.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Without a doubt, couchsurfing has had a remarkable positive impact on my life. I did not plan or expect to form such sound relationships or become a part of a beautiful community that amplifies the quality of life.
Interests
There aren't many things that disinterest me. I'm currently particularly interested in creative arts, crafting delicious beverages, linguistics, surfing, kickboxing, exploring new subjects or places, philosophical conversation, yoga, stringed instruments, and coding

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to it all but I'm partial to folk, indie rock, electronic, and gritty blues. I love to read, write, and be entertained. Most of the books I read are informative non-fiction. If you also like to quote lines from comedies, then we will probably be grand ol pals.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sunset skydiving.
Teach, Learn, Share
I seek to learn something everyday and I am a sucker for a good "how to" guide. Any and all knowledge is welcome.
Teaching? Among other random things, ask me anything coffee. I can teach you all the ways to brew coffee and the best practices for a good cup of that liquid gold.
Countries I’ve Visited
Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Honduras, Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom
Countries I’ve Lived In
United States
