About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To make the most out of life by stepping outside of my comfort zone and really experiencing the world.
ABOUT ME
I really enjoy getting to know people from other places in the world, learning about their different cultures and alternate perspectives. I love to travel, especially to new places where I can experience new things and learn more about life (and myself). I like to find a little solitude in nature whenever I get the chance. I am an avid backpacker and have hiked in places all over the world. I just love getting out and seeing all the beautiful places this planet has to offer. I know there is no way I'll see every one of them before I die, but that doesn't mean I can't try.
PHILOSOPHY
"Life begins at the end of your comfort zone" -Neale Donald Walsch. I guess it's not my personal philosophy, but definitely something I try to live by. If I get too comfortable I feel like I'm not trying hard enough.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've hosted a number of couch surfers, and am (more or less) a permanent couch surfer myself living with a friend of mine. I think couch surfing is a great way to meet interesting people, so I try to spread the word and tell people to give it a try!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've been hosting for a couple of years now, and have been lucky enough to have only good experiences so far.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once ate 15 pounds of crab, is that amazing? Other than that, I've seen a lot of truly amazing places over the years...too numerous to count.
Teach, Learn, Share
I don´t know if I know anything well enough to teach it, but I know a little bit about a lot of things.
As far as learning? I´m always open to learning anything, but I´d especially like to learn how to play the harmonica...I'm working on it.
