CURRENT MISSION

I just quit my job in December to backpack around southeast Asia for half a year. Hoping to find some direction in life...and meet some awesome people and have some amazing experiences along the way :)

ABOUT ME

Originally from the east coast of the States. I now live in Vancouver BC Canada. I have an incredibly expensive and useless degree. So with that in mind, i'm hoping to go back to school eventually. I'm interested in pursuing a degree in Nursing. Right now I'm planning a backpacking trip to Southeast Asia for 4 and a half months. So excited, but also terrified. Time to expand my horizons a bit more.

PHILOSOPHY

Mainly I know that i know nothing... open mindedness is of great importance to me. willingness to listen and understand anyone different than yourself, with as little judgment as possible. finally love. i try to ask myself if what i am doing is loving, to others or myself. its rarely always an easy answer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

After my first year in University I took a road trip across the states with my sister and her boyfriend stopping in about 10 different cities over the almost 2 week trip. At each place we stayed with someone from CouchSurfing and it was an awesome experience.

I've been staying in hostels on this trip so far, but wanna try couch surfing again!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Love some good deep house. A bit upbeat and it's the perfect dancing music :) also like singer songwriter stuff. Anything with good vocals can win me over.

Movies and books = lots of fantasy and sci-fi. Some philosophy and religion for a little deeper reading :)
