Fully. If your looking for a nature guide type, you could probably do worse.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I host whenever I can, mostly when I was in Puerto Rico, but in the U.S. as well. I have also stayed with a host in a few countries. Other than that, I have extensive informal experience as well.

Interests

I enjoy doing more things than I could possibly describe. I am a conservation biologist/biogeographer/ecologist by profession. Obviously, I love to travel. I love the outdoors and spend much of my time camping/hiking/backpacking. I rock climb and I snorkel. I also fish when I can. When I am on the road or at home I like to eat and drink well- cooking is a pleasure to me as is brewing beer. I spend a lot of time gardening and I love to grow edible plants and orchids. I go mushroom hunting when I can. I like just about every sport. I love tennis, hockey, basketball, futbol, football, running, etc. I really enjoy Frisbee golf too. I am into art and I love playing music, painting, and photography. I read and I write. I am a co-owner of the Green Bay Packers. I see a lot of concerts. Basically, I will do anything if it seems fun.

Music, Movies, and Books

Almost any good music. Mainly musicians music but some of the basics too. Zappa and Neil Young always come to mind. California Guitar Trio, Janes Addiction, Manu Chao also visit my stereo frequently.
Books, I'll read em. I love David Rains Wallace, Kerouac, Ed Abbey, Cadillac Desert was good too. My most recent reads are Steinbeck and Hell's Angels

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once was able to see the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea at the same time.

I have also been to Lambeau Field in Green Bay.

Pink Floyd live was pretty impressive too.
