I grew up and studied in the Northeastern U.S. and then moved to the Northwest after I graduated from Physical Therapy school. I have been here for 8 years enjoying the amazing outdoor opportunities that I'm lucky enough to be surrounded by. After spending much of my adult life here, it's now time for my next adventure :) ... I quit my job to travel for two months in Ecuador. I'm now back doing contract Physical Therapy jobs that are typically 3-6 months at a time which allows for seeing new places in my home country and time off after contracts to travel. I'm looking forward to meeting people while traveling through couchsurfing. In 2016 I spent 4 months travelling around the US seeing friends and family. Then spent a month in Turkey, month in Iran, then Nepal for 2 months. I finish my current contract and head to Nepal January 11-March 29 for part two of soma based disaster preparedness training with local NGO, doctors, and training Nepali's to be providers

I'm on Couchsurfing because the best part of travelling is the people. We're all in this crazy life together and what makes it so beautiful is surrounding yourself with people that freely share joy and love.

I'm an adventurer whether it be learning about the human body/mind for my profession, exploring faith/doubt, travelling, meeting new people, or exploring the outdoors. I love running in the mountains, hiking, rock climbing, mountaineering, scuba diving... I just like to be outside with good people basically :) Oh, and I love to try food, I'm up for pretty much anything

I've continued to learn in as many areas of my life as I can... I think this is the most amazing thing I've done. Yep, challenging myself to keep learning and move out of my comfort zone
