CURRENT MISSION

I`m positive and like to have something to do - which I have most of the time. I like order, around me which again make order in my head. Something I feel is important when it comes to take other people serious. I laugh easily and are happy!

ABOUT ME

I will not be able to tell all about myself here - but what I can say is - I am a positive and friendly person that like to help others and like that people are coming together and are having a good time. It does not matter where we come from. I`m also able to be with people even though we do not understand each others language`s or have a common language to share. The body is able to speak if human really want to learn from each other. All in all - I`m coming from the north of Norway which means I bring with me a true hospitality in my heart and like to show people around - have good meals together and get to know them. Welcome for me means a lot.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is that we are able to be something important for each other on this earth and I think we all need each other in ways that is not so easy to see. And sometimes they are. I`m here because I am good at being with people and making them feel they are good enough the way they are. There is much more to this - of course - but most of all I think we often have a tendency to make things more problematic than what they are. When I do - I take a walk in the nature - in the wood - and it is like that is the best problem solver of everything. In general it would not hurt if people could have more humour on things - it would for sure be much easier and more fun.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CouchSurfing is kind of a new word to me - but exellent. When I was younger it was very often what we did when we was traveling. In Spain I had the most beautiful experience - on the street in Palma - I talked with an old couple about some vegetables - and they invited me home - and I stayed with them for a week. My vacation was two weeks - but to be with them was a totally new and rich experiment for me - and I could even h elp them harvest some of the vegetables. I slept in a back-room - they was pretty poor - and I joined in with some money for the food - we had the most beautiful time - and I was learning a lot.

Interessen

Outdoor activities is something that gives me lot of joy. In the winter it skiing - not as much as when I was younger. In the summer it is lakes and oceans - boats, fishing and kayak. Also I love to hike in the mountains - which is great. And then I am into writing - and I read a lot, music is something I work with all the time.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like almost everything when it comes to music - but folk/rock is something that is making my heart dance. Classical music - aspecially classic guitar music is great. Right now I am reading a book of Dava Sobel "Galilei`s Daughter" - and when it comes to books I read a lot - it gives me inspiration and knowledge about how to write and there is wonderful life in books. When it comes to movies I have seen numeral that is good - by mainly I can say that I like movies that is reflecting the real life.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Amazing things depends on the eye who is seeing it - I have seen a lot - smile. But the most amazing thing when it comes to travel-experiences is for me to have crossed the North American continent - so diverse - so different and at the same time - so very beautiful.
