Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I try to host when I can and I also like to bring culture difference to the table so I learn more about where I am and that my host has an opportunity to learn about where I come from.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have had a couple really great experiences on couchsurfing and I hope to have more. It is such a great way to learn about a city and make new friends.
Interests
Travel is most definitely my greatest passion. Languages and linguistics occupy a lot of my time. Cold war era history. The Middle East. Politics. Reading. Humor. Cultures. Coffee. There is so much more but I cannot list every single thing I have interest in.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have just recently become interested in film. My favorite movie though would have to be Blazing Saddles.
Music is huge for me. I go through phases, so I pretty much have every genre in my library. Of late I have been on a foreign language rap kick, especially German. I think Bushido is my favorite rapper ever.
I have read so many amazing books. White Oleander is really great. 1984 and Fahrenheit 451 are by far my favorites. The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series was a joy to read. Harry Potter and the Hunger Games as well.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I am lucky that my life has been full of amazing things. Talk to me and I will tell you about one of them.
Teach, Learn, Share
I don't have any refined skills that I am especially good at but I can definitely teach you a random fact or two or maybe help you build up the courage to do something you have always wanted to do.
