I am a very open-minded and funny person, who likes to be in contact with people.
When I am in another country I want to understund the way of living and the values which people in other cultures have. I am a trainer in psychology and occupy myself with studying newest research of positive psychology which is a research discipline in psychlogy which focuses on topics like positive emotions, character strength, positive relationships. I offer trainings for this topics.
Privately I live with my husband and have 3 children in the age of 14, 17, 20.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I travel I really want to understand the culture of another country and people. I don't want to be only a tourist who looks after the main attractions but feel, taste the country and it's people. I want that we all improve our knowledge of other countries and cultures. This will help us to develop more respect of each other and to develop personally when we learn from each other. I think if we all have good contacts across the world it is a progress for building peace.
Besides that: My son has married a korean girl and I got to know korean people and culture and I really love it. I feel very rich, having this korean family.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I met a young dancer and regisseur in Paris some weeks ago in a cafe. We had a very very inspiring and friendly talk and we changed adresses and invitations. You can find nice and inspiring people everywhere in the world.

I can teach a lot about psychology. I can share my work experience. I can sing with you, dance, tell jokes, exchange political oppinion and I can listen very well too. I am convinced that everybody has strengst and that I can learn from many persons.
