Born in Slovakia, studied in Czech Republic, spent several summers working in Spain, in love with a few people, good books, sunny days, coffee breaks, traveling, fresh air, inspiring talks, doc photography. Hopes to find her secret super power in healthy baking. Does not feel too excited about air-conditioning, lack of sleeping, badly-written books and close-minded people. She is almost obsessed about her little niece, but does her best not to talk about the child unless being asked.

Is there a good reason not to be? I truly think it is one of the most amazing and enriching ways of traveling. You get to meet interesting people, gain insider tips about the country you are visiting and have many great conversations with like-minded folks you would otherwise never met... Actually, I met majority of my hosts at least one more time after my visit!
