Couchsurfing Recipe

Ali's orgasmic potato dish
Boil and mash 5 lbs potatoes
In a large bowl combine:
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 cup melted butter
I large chopped onion
1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup of sour cream

Add the mashed potatos mix well and put in a large casserole dish. sprinkle the top with some melted butter and crushed corn flake crumbs. Place in a hot oven 400 F and bake for 30 mins. let sit for 10 minutes before serving....enjoy!!!!
