About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Keep travelling around the world, discovering new cultures and show everyone how beautiful Madrid is!

ABOUT ME

Born in Spain and a globetrotter since a very early age...so, after finishing Uni I've decided to move to London looking for a life experience and in order to improve my English and ended up living there for more than 7 years! Not happy with that, I looked outside Europe for a new life challenge and moved to Australia where I live for more than a year and travelled around Down under and South East Asia.
Now I'm back home in Madrid where I'm working as a tour guide: my dream job!

However, as a good backpacker, I'm always thinking on my new adventure :)

I also have an ongoing curiosity for trying new hobbies and activities:
Swimming, Yoga, cycling, hiking
Dancing (all kind of music! Including Salsa and electronic music!
Learning new languages such Italian, french or Portuguese languages;
Exploring the city, history and art , wine lover, tapas bars...
Cinema, musicals, theatre, cooking, etc.
Yes, I keep on experimenting! My new challenge is to try sky diving!

PHILOSOPHY

'Haz con los demas lo que te gustarian que te hicieran a ti' or in english, 'Treat everyone like you would like to be treated' and 'live and let people live!'

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a surfer around South America, Australia & New Zealand and as a host back in Madrid. However I believe the CS spirit is always on you, this is the reason and a local tour guide now in Madrid and love giving hints and advise to all travellers to discover Madrid through a local point of view.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Great! Met some really good guys in South america! Jose, Mauro, Phil and Angie! I really appreciate your hospitality!
I met nice turkish people when I travelled to Istanbul to hang out with, so I never felt alone!
I was also welcoming and cathcing up with couchsurfers visiting London to show them around and introduce them to my friends. I had a couple of them staying at my house like my adored German girl Anne.
However the best experience was in Australia, as thanks to the CS meet ups in Brisbane I met great people who became real good friends and approached the CS community :)
