I am an exchange student at Yonsei University for the Fall semester. I like outdoor activities (hiking, kayaking, etc). I am enjoying Seoul and would love to explore the city!

Due to past experiences with Couchsurfing, I will not be accepting male guests anymore. I prefer to host lone female travelers, as I was also a lone traveler this past summer. I want to provide a safe space, as I was fortunate enough to find people to provide a safe space for me.

Went on a brigade to Nicaragua and hosted a medical clinic, built sanitary stations, and helped build a water pipeline. I think this was band-aid work that didn’t really fix the root of the issue and why they needed these services in the first place. There was also issues of the “white savior complex.” I wouldn’t do something like this in the future.
