As a seasoned traveler I'm really excited to see what Central America and the Caribbean will hold. I've used Couchsurfing before and have really enjoyed the experience each time. I currently work as a fresh food chef in a lively Ale House with experience on the bar as well. I'm a keen amateur horticulturist and keep a wide variety of plants originating form around the world, and would be keen to learn more.
