Overview
About Me
I've lived in four different countries so far. I travel as often as I can and try to visit new countries as often as possible. Nevertheless I can't help revisiting my favourite places (Vietnam, Japan, China and Turkey :) )
I work with tourism organising trips to some of the Asian destinations.
I live with my boyfriend who moved from the Netherlands for me :) We have two wonderful cats.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I would love to meet new people and mąkę kasting friendships. I want to ensure that my guests will have a great time staying with me.
Interests
My two biggest passions are cooking and eating good food. I'm not gonna lie if I say that often times this is the reason why I go to certain places :) for me there's nothing better than enjoying a delicious meal in a new environment. I also love meeting new friends all over the world and exchanging our thoughts and experiences. That's also the reason why I've learned/still trying to learn many different languages.
I also have two wonderful cats who bring lots of joy to my life, especially during dark Swedish winter :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I love discovering new movies and I find great satisfaction when watching a movie that can make me reflect on my own life.
Beautiful camera action, well thought out script and great acting are the main ingredients to an enjoyable watch. Some examples of my favourite movies are: anything by Wong Kar Wai, Ang Lee's none-Hollywood movies, Pan's Labyrinth, My Life Without Me and One Day.
I enjoy reading books by William Wharton,
Murakami Haruki, Milan Kundera or J.K.Rowling.
Nowadays I listen to a lot of electronic music since I love going to good parties or festivals :)
I also love listening to podcasts. Here are a few of my favourite podcast that I highly recommend: Radiolab, Earhustle, Invisibilia (1st season), The Leap, Rough Translations, Ted Radio Hour and My Dad Wrote a P****.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to cook some dishes from different cuisines. We can have language exchange. I can even help you come up up with some ideas for your upcoming trips, especially if it's a place I've visited before. I work with organising trips so I can definitely give you my professional/and personal advice.
