ABOUT ME

I'm from Poland. I'm a sociologist and I work in a non-governmental organisation, where I do social research. I'm also a member a food-cooperative - a grass-root initiative that gathers more that 200 people, who collectively run a grocery store with healthy, local and ecological food. In my free time I love to dance swing dances (dances from the 20s and 30s).

I consider myself as an open, friendly and easy-going person, curious about other people.

I would love to hear about social and cultural peculiarities and latest history of your country, music and films you like, your hobbies and passions... or whatever you find interesting.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm trying to help in organising my visitors' time, show them some of my favourite places - cafes, restaurants, cinemas, museums, recommend cultural eventas, tell a bit how life look like in here.
And I expect something similar when I'm a surfer :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was hosting some people in Warsaw, Copenhgen, where I was studying for a while, and in Zurich.
I was surfing in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Spain, Czech Republic. U.S. and it was always a great experience

Interests

Dancing, travelling, meeting people and learning new cultures - that's on the first place.
I also love mountaineering, which I try to combine in almost every trip I make. Generally, I love sports: biking, skiing, ski-touring, windsurfing.
I also cannot live without good films, books, cosy cafes and tasty vegetarian food!
