About Me

Back in Munich :)

Rather a passport full of stamps than a house full of things!
Whenever I get the chance, I pack my things and go travel. I love to get to know new people, places and cultures and to make new friends from all over the world.
I was born and raised in Munich and came back for work after getting my Master degree in Business Administration in Regensburg. For my undergrad I spent four years in the US (Florida) and played soccer for the University.
Sport has always played a big role in my life and I like basically all sports that include a ball but I am also open to try other things.
That is true in general- I am down for basically anything because I love to try new things (except haunted houses...I am just too much of a scaredy-cat for those xD)
Another thing that I am really pationate about is good food- I love spending a night cooking with friends or exploring restaurants. I get really excited about good food and new recipes. This is also a reason why I love travelling- a lot of new and delicious food!!! I am always open to try local food and love to get a real insight into what and how people eat whereever I go. Big fan of authentic street food!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To me travelling means to really get to know a country, its people and its culture. I don't want to be that tourist that just runs from one top attraction to the next. I want to actually get to know the people and be part of the cultre, even though sometimes it might just me for a couple days.
This is why I love the idea of couch surfing- is there a better way of getting to know a culture than by staying with locals?
I love the idea of meeting new people and making friends that are eager to show you how they live and that you can make memories with you will never forget.
By couch surfing I hope to get a real insight into people's everydays lives and to just having a good time with hosts by exploring a new place.

Interests

To sum up my "about me" section:
I am a open-minded, easy-going person who loves to try new things and is always down for a good adventure.
If you ask me, there is nothing better than getting to know new people and places- the more authentic, the better :)
Always up for a good time and to make memories and new friends.
