About Me

I'm 21 years old, studying engineering and volunteering in the Board of European Students of Technology (BEST). In the last 2 years, I've travelled quite a lot in Europe and I don't want to stop here.

I am a curious type of person, always up for a challenge and very funny (as I like to think).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to consider myself as a world resident, and I plan to visit as many countries I can in my lifetime. My plan for my 20s is to visit every country in Europe and if the opportunity comes earlier, to explore other continents as well. I don't want to be a tourist, but a traveler, one that gets to know the culture, the language and the locals of the places I visit.

In my travels, I've tried to use Couchsurfing for the simple reason that it gives me the opportunity to meet new people and make connections and friends all over the world. I never tried this platform due to the fact that I traveled to places where I knew some people that are volunteers in the same NGO as I am, but now I want to extend my circles and meet other kinds of individuals.

Music, Movies, and Books

At the moment I'm into 60-80s rock.
Regarding movies, not so much in the last months. However, I am watching The Flash, Arrow and Super Girl. Legends of Tomorrow to come. I really love Black Mirror since it gives me another perspective about our society.
Regarding books, I read pretty much what gets in my hand, I like to give everything a try. Know the saying, don't judge a book by its cover.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I decided to move to Poland for two months, in Summer 2018 and visit cities there and get to know the culture more. It was an Erasmus program, and I really enjoyed being by myself for a while and backpack travel for a week alone.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Romanian and German. I love to do yoga and run so it would be a pleasure for me to share my training with other people.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Amazing stories from my traveling and some 'very tasty Palinca' as the Romanians like to say

Countries I’ve Visited
