Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I originally joined couchsurfing 2 years ago but never really used it untill now because I was a bit hesitant. I then decided to join some counchsurfing events around the world and realized the incredible amount of possibilities this community can lead you to just by sharing a nice beer with a fellow traveller. So now I want to be part of the community whilst on the road again!

Interests

One of my biggest passion is sustanaible tourism and development. This means I like mingling with local people wherever I am to try understand their connection with the surrounding enviroenment and their vision for the future. I also love nature and I would spend endless hours exploring any natural landscape that I come across during my travels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can say the scariest thing I have ever done it is bungy jump in New Zealand. It was a huge battle between my mind and my body but increadibly worth it for the fun and the challange between the two parts! The most amazing thing I ve done it s when I walked down the streets of Melbourne with a friend and we gave out spare blankets we had in our flat to homeless people. It was such a life perspective change and heart opening experience! It taught me it doesn t matter what you offer, but it s about the way, the intention and the feeling you put in it. All these things can really change or help someone else's situation.

I can share with you some stories about other countries, their people and their lands, in Italian, Spanish or French. I can give you some tips on Italian cooking and of course show you some :) or help you with my experience if you are planning to travel in any of the country where I have been.
