About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To milk life on all four tits (said with the utmost respect for bovines).
ABOUT ME
Hard to write these things without sounding trite, but I'll give it a shot...Just finished a stint in the Navy (yawn). Going back to school in the summer of 06 to finish my undergrad in Philosophy, from there...I'm not yet sure.
As for the more abstract self evaluation, I'm an outgoing, active, and driven guy. I don't generally have a problem relating to anyone, and I enjoy the company of nearly everyone. Open mindedness is an attribute I've been starved for in the military, but one I place a high value on. The only thing that matters more than ambition is the drive to actualize it. I love to party, but I'm not a big club-goer. I prefer house parties or gathering with fellow stewards of good will at a pub or bar. I laugh a lot, but I myself am a shitty comedian. In sum, I'm antithetical to the Navy, half educated, open minded and well adjusted, a shitty dancer, but good partier, with a good sense of humor. Very well then, that should be trite enough to feed the critical profile gazer for days.
PHILOSOPHY
People who can sum their personal philosophy in a blog are on to something I'm not.

Music, Movies, and Books
Among the better movies I've seen are: The Devil's Advocate, Closer, Memento, The Five Obstructions, and The Life of David Gale.
A lot of classical, especially the pianism of Chopin, Beethoven, Debussy, Liszt, and Mozart constitute the majority of my listening, but I'm also a fan of Tool, Rage Against the Machine, The Mars Volta, and anything else that doesn't suck.
I'm currently in the process of a chronological survey of post-structuralist philosopher Gilles Deleuze's ouevre. Also, Michel Foucault has a special place in my heart. Nietzsche is now and always has been the big dick in my literary world.

Special Olympics hurdles. The guy in the wheelchair with the shaved head won.
