Married with 3 adult children. Manager of regeneration charity. Family home in Newcastle Co Down but live during week in apartment in Belfast. Enjoy music (varied incl blues, Van Morrison, Springsteen Etc). cycling, travelling, craft beer, hill walking, eating out, wine, sport watching (soccer, rugby, golf)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At this stage only hosting although I had taken a break from that as life had just got rather hectic. Now open to occasional hosting again. When I travel (often) I almost always use airbnb

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far the hosting experience has been excellent although I have only been able to respond to a few of the surprisingly many requests, mainly because I have not been around or someone else is staying (not always couch surfers)
