ABOUT ME

I am a creative, open, adventurous spirit, seeking out the genuine in each day, and seeking to cherish each moment. I am a music therapist, I love to sing, play piano, camp, do yoga, hike, and embrace opportunities to be in the forest and/or by the water.

PHILOSOPHY

I endeavour to cultivate the most authentic life I can, full of health and joy, connecting with other people and sharing adventures, be they culinary, musical, artistic, or whatever is inspiring in the moment.

I love music of all sorts - singing, playing piano, playing guitar. Dusk is my favourite time of the day, and I'm very happy to walk through new cities (or familiar ones) breathing in evening air.
