ABOUT ME

Soy consciente de lo afortunada que soy, así es que intento disfrutar cada día. Cuando quiero algo, voy a por ello. Me encanta aprender cosas nuevas. Soy apasionada y entusiasta. Optimista y soñadora.

Me gusta cuidarme, así es que procuro comer sano, hacer deporte (practico yoga, pilates, a veces corro, patino... Ahora estoy haciendo un curso de danza aérea y vertical, ¡me encanta!) y rodearme de buena gente, con la que me encanta compartir mi vida.

I know I'm a lucky person, so I try to enjoy every single day.

I like taking care of myself, so I try to eat healthy, do sports (yoga, pilates, sometimes running, roller, kayaking, aerial and vertical dance...) and be surrounded by good people I love to share my life with.

PHILOSOPHY

I think if everybody were more empathic, if we were able to put ourselves in the skin of the other and act accordingly, everything would go much better.

I think we must smile and hug each other more.

Being hosted and hosting I've known amazing people! Also meeting another couchsurfers while I was travelling was a fantastic experience.

音乐、电影和书籍

I love movies and books that make me FEEL or LEARN. Sometimes those that make me happy, sometimes sad, sometimes scared, sometimes angry, sometimes hopeful... Or maybe some of this emotions at the same time.

In music I like all that I can sing when I drive, all that I can dance when I want to dance, and when I'm tired something more relaxed, and never too loud. But I also love the silence.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Definitively, I'm an impressionable person, very easy to amaze.
I don't need great monuments or events to impress me, sometimes a spot on a wall can capture my attention for minutes and just a meeting with my friends could be memorable. It doesn't mean that great monuments or events don't impress me ;)

I can teach you some things about how to learn to draw (I wrote a book about it: "Draw is easy") and I know how to make the best spanish omelette ;o)

I'm always ready to learn something new.
I'd love to know how to stop skating, for example :)
