I'm a Montana babe at heart with the spirit of a beaver. I've spent my life observing my experiences and studying their purpose. Life has led me to my calling as a writer. At the moment I am developing my children's book in preparation for publishing. It is the story of the biggest lesson I have learned thus far told through the magical and wondrous Beavie Wonder. My message to the world is that light cannot exist without dark. Not only that, I have learned my greatest gift from the universe has been my most difficult life experiences. One of my most favorite experiences was the six months I couchsurfed and hitchhiked through the UK. The UK and especially Whitby and London are very near and dear to my heart.

My top Pandora stations at the moment are Ed Sheeran, Harry Potter, My Fair Lady, and Emile Sande. Emile Sande's songs Wonder and Read All About It Part III are very important to me and my journey.

Favorite authors are many. A few are: Susanna Sonnenberg, Augusten Burroughs, Thich Nhat Hanh, Peter Thomson, J. R. R. Tolkien, and J. K. Rowling.

Favorite movies - again there are many - but a few are: The Labyrinth, Return to Oz, Gladiator, Harry Potter Series, Inception, Love Actually, Family Stone, Elf, and anything starring the greats like John Wayne, Doris Day, James Garner, Jimmy Stewart, etc. The list goes on for days.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Survive. In my life I've survived four near death experiences: almost drowned around the age of four, a car wreck in 2008 left me in a state surgeons said they've never seen someone survive, then four weeks later I almost died again due to bowel adhesions. The fourth time occurred 3 1/2 years after the wreck when I had another surgery and due to complications it was questionable if I'd make it. Those are just the biggies. From day one I was built a survivor. The first thirty years of my life have been one traumatic experience after the next. They don't call me Wonder for nothing.

Teach, Learn, Share

My destiny is to learn from experience so I can go on to inspire others to rouse the strength gained from their painful experiences. I've known that my entire life. In the recent years I have studied quite a bit about astrology and realized it isn't just a belief in myself; it was written in the stars. I am constantly working on my personal growth: reading, creating art, writing, and developing my skills of speaking and leadership through being a member of Toastmasters.
