CURRENT MISSION
Fun and Frolicking
ABOUT ME
Raising the vibrations of joy, fun and excitement. I enjoy traveling, music, and lots of randomness in my life, spontaneous healing, spirituality and anything that makes me laugh. I love to listen and have lots of entertaining tales to share. I also love to cook and eat yummy food. Yummy vegetarian food, especially involving coconut milk and curry.
I love music and singing. I've been learning Brazilian Portuguese for the last three years, mainly through singing.
PHILOSOPHY
Peace, Joy, Imagination, I believe we create our own reality with our words and thoughts, I live my life in order to be of service to the greater good. World peace starts with everyone being at peace within, so I try to maintain this balance.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have surfed in Europe, USA, Singapore and Hong Kong.
I have hosted people in Minneapolis. I visited the Couchsurfing camp at Burning Man. I have met lots of friends through participation in this awesome organization. I have recruited several people to participate as well. I also participate in groups and like to meet people in new cities even when I am not surfing.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have had good couchsurfing experiences in general. I love hosting and surfing. Minneapolis does not get as many requests as some cities, but I often host friends and say yes to as many surfers as possible.

Music, Movies, and Books
Xavier Rudd, Ani D'Franko, Bob Marley, Wookiefoot, Micheal Franti, Colleen Buckman, Pink Floyd, Krishna Das, anything conscious and original. I do not have a TV, so I really do not participate too much in viewing mass media.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived in a tree-hut in Laos and went zip-lining through the forest canopy. Spent time in the Peruvian jungle drinking ayahuasca with Shipibo healers. Just being alive and waking up everyday in the same body seems pretty amazing to me.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach any # of techniques to relieve tension in the body, mind and spirit. I can teach how to make amazing soup. Oh and jewelry making of course.
