Overview
About Me
I'm studying Anthropology and Religious Studies at the University of Wisconsin. I love camping, everything outdoors. I'm a total foodie, and learning to cook foods from other cultures is one of my favorite parts of traveling. I love music, and can show you lots of places around Madison to see some good live performances. One of my passions is yoga, I could do it/talk about it for hours. I'm currently studying abroad in Amman, Jordan and learning Arabic. I think understanding languages and religions are key to understanding other people, and isn't that what we all aim to do?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love traveling and I think it's invaluable in understanding oneself and others better, but since it can be so expensive, it can be hard for everyone to afford. I'm on couch surfing because I would like to meet locals who can help show me around and give me a place to stay, making it much easier, and I want to offer that experience to others as well.
