I grew up in New Hampshire spending my summers on Lake Winnipesaukee. I go back east as often as possible and spend time in NH & in Maine off the grid. I spent the fall foraging mushrooms bast east. I’m studying to be a clinical herbalist in Colorado right now, but I’ve been practicing herbalism in my own life for 8 years now. I do freelance marketing for various different natural foods companies and a nutritionist.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my passion for wild foraging and medicine making. I am happy to take hosts on plant ID walks, teach them out medicinal plants and mushrooms, how to prepare their own medicine, proper nutrition for various lifestyles, how to get proper vitamin and mineral intake, advice on proper supplementation. I love to cook and am happy to simply cook for my hosts, but also teaching them how to make healthy (but delicious and affordable) meals.

Once Im finished with school and have my own practice in herbalism, I will be going into womens health. I have a lot of helpful tools to cope with PMS symptoms, and other woman’s health related issues.

I can also provide light marketing assistance or guidance on online classes to improve one’s own marketing skills. I almost always travel with my Nikon and can do some light photo work for a hosts personal business.
