ABOUT ME

I am a giant history nerd. It's uncontrollable. I love to travel, and I've been around (parts) of the world, but I want to go everywhere. I've lived and gone to school in Australia. I just graduated from university, and I'm moving to York for my master's degree in the Archaeology of Buildings.

PHILOSOPHY

Try not to worry: if a situation is fixable, you can fix it. If there's nothing you can do, there's no sense in worrying about what you can't change.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couch surfed a few times while on my travels in Europe, and have always found it to be far more interesting (and entertaining!) than staying in a hostel. I remember my hosts and our adventures long after I've left.

Movies: Not my strong suit, but I'll watch almost anything.
