Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard and read a little about couchsurfing a couple of years ago (currently it's gaining popularity amongst all the world), and I wanted to experience it myself to make my mind up.

My first time with CouchSurfing was in New York and it was just amazing!

It has been a positive experience so far (both hosting and surfing) and I'm looking forward to continuing in meeting new people :)

My hosting status is set as "Accepting Guest" but it does NOT mean I'm obliged to accept every couch request comes into my inbox. CS is free (in financial terms), but with a social cost (spending time with me).

I host because I want to know about you and your stories, it's an exchange in experience and hospitality:

- from initial request/offer
- to exchange messages and our expectations of each other
- to actual hosting/surfing
